It’s ironic that cities are trying to make it a “crime” to be homeless. The ACTUAL crime is that cities do nothing about the basic cause of homelessness, plus the fact that they try to exploit the homeless and steal what little money they have. Such cities deserve whatever they get (Skip’s books might have a few ideas).
